Your experience will begin as you arrive at the tour location, at which point you will be welcomed with an olive-oil tasting of the house. From there, you’ll don your apron and start kneading your pizza dough, discovering all the ingredients and secrets to prepare a traditional Neapolitan pizza.
Once the dough is prepared, you will move on to the second step to have fun tossing your pizza in an authentic manner. You will have a choice of ingredients to coat your pizza with, and once it is ready you will cook it in the pizza oven.
Following the lesson you will eat pizza accompanied by a good local wine, which will be followed by tiramisu. Your lesson will eventually conclude with a tasting of authentic Limoncello.
