This pizza class is a fun and easy experience that summarizes the entire tradition of Italian pizza masters in one lesson. Make and eat authentic Italian pizza from scratch, while drinking Roman wine. Each participant will have their own work station and can join no matter their skill level.
Together with the chef, you will prepare Neapolitan pizza, named as part of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO. Also prepare some of the great Italian pizza classics from the Margherita to focaccia. Tomato bruschetta cooked in a wood oven and wine are also included in the menu and the bartender will greet you with a bubbly Italian welcome drink and snacks.
Once your hands-on experience is finished, sit down in the cozy restaurant or the outdoor terrace to enjoy the fruits of your labor. Sit at a communal table, sip wine with your new friends, and take the opportunity to ask the chef all the tips and tricks about Italian food and the best spots in Rome.
