After being picked up from Rome, drive for approximately 3 hours to the Pompeii archaeological site. A 15-minute stop for a quick break on the road will be granted.
Head to Pompeii where a professional guide will take you on a 2-hour group tour exploring one of the world’s most engrossing archaeological experiences: a historical city covered by volcanic dust from Mt. Vesuvius in AD 79. See fascinating places such as The Forum, Thermal Baths, and Lupanar.
After the visit, you will be taken to a restaurant to enjoy a pizza lunch accompanied by a drink and time to relax before heading back to Rome. Return to Rome by around 5:30 PM depending on traffic conditions.
