We’ll greet you with a welcome drink and we’ll start a walking tour in our vegetable garden.
The lesson includes cooking a traditional Sorrento menu, composed of a first course with homemade pasta, a second course and the inevitable dessert.
The chef will share the receips of our tradition , you can learn how to cook the famous gnocchi alla sorrentina or the ravioli alla caprese, or the famous eggplant parmesan, made with fried eggplant. At the end the dessert can not miss: a lemon caprese cake or a delicious tiramisù with coffee.

At the end of every class you can taste your culinary creation, and you’ll judge your own dish in the shadow of our pergola, with a smile and fine wines in good company.
You will receive your certificate of participation and the recipes to cook your favourite dish at home on your own
