Damage protection is offered for $35 per vehicle, payable at time of check in. If you happen to crash or cause any serious damage to your snowmobile rental/rental gear, then you will only be held liable for the deductible amounts below. If the damage protection is not elected, then you are responsible to pay for the full damage in the event of the collision as well as any other snowmobiles involved in the collision that were damaged.

You can cancel your Tour order within 48 hours before the start of the tour activity for a full refund.
If you cancel your order less than 48 hours before the start date of the Tour Experience, the amount you paid will not be reimbursed.
Any request for changes made less than 48 hours before the start of the Tour experience will not be accepted.
The time base is considered the one of the Tour experience local time.
What is the security of face masks and attendee health during Snowmobile rental in USA?
Reply: The staff will make temperature check for travelers upon arrival.
What about sanitization during the Snowmobile rental in USA?
Reply: Both the tour staff and travelers are supplied with hand sanitizer gel; the same sanitization applies to the equipment used during the tour experience.
What about social distancing during the Snowmobile rental in USA?
Reply: The tour experience applies for Social distancing with respect to what it’s indicated by the Ministry of Health.
