Aurora Borealis/Northern Lights is a natural phenomenon and can not be guaranteed. There is no refund if the Aurora Borealis/Northern Lights can not be seen.
This tour does not pick up from Airbnb or other private accommodations, but only major hotels in town.
Please note that this tour is non-refundable unless the supplier cancels the service

If you cancel your order less than 48 hours before the start date of the Tour Experience, the amount you paid will not be reimbursed.

Reply: The staff will make temperature check for travelers upon arrival.
What about sanitization during the Alaskan Northern Lights/Aurora Borealis Lodges?
Reply: Both the tour staff and travelers are supplied with hand sanitizer gel; the same sanitization applies to the equipment used during the tour experience.
What about social distancing during the Alaskan Northern Lights/Aurora Borealis Lodges?
Reply: The tour experience applies for Social distancing with respect to what it’s indicated by the Ministry of Health.
