Terms and conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders for the purchase of cosmetics, food supplements, health food, medical equipment from Farmacia Virtuale TV.

We welcome you to print a copy of these terms and conditions for your future handling.

Purchase contract term

When you place an order online to purchase any product from Fashion Vintage Italia we will send you a confirming order receipt containing all details of what your order. Your order is a buy purchase offer that we will accept by accepting your order. One’s we accept your order, you will receive an email from us to confirm your order entry, and inside your customer care online your order will be displayed with status “confirmed”.

In case your order is not complete, you will receive an email from us quoting which other information is necessary to complete the order. In this case your order will be marked inside customer care online with status “suspended”.

In case your order is not accepted by us, you will receive our email confirming that your order cannot be processed quoting which problems we found on it. In this case your order will be marked inside customer care online with status “cancelled”.

Any products on the same order which we have not delivered to you do not form part of that contract. You warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that you are at least 18 years old.

Description of the Goods

We will keep all reasonable responsibility to ensure that all details, information and prices of products displaying on our marketplace are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.

Availability

The supply of goods from our marketplace is subject to availability and it is not always possible for us to inform you at the time you place your order whether the items you want are still available for purchase. One’s you complete your order our system blocks in backend your quantity for maximum 24 hours, then automatically it will restore the quantity available for the market.

For the above we recommend you always to complete your order with payment settled within maximum 24 hours. In the event we receive late your payment, we will null your order and make you with a full refund. The refund takes place within 24 hours from the receipt of our email informing you that your order has been deleted due to lack of payment.

Shipping

Fashion Vintage Italia offers shipping delivery via DHL or TNT express courier with costs charge that may change from weight and country of delivery. You can find detailed information about shipping costs at http://

We aim to ship all items within 24-48 hours from your order receipt and payment.

Cancellation and Returns

We offer a 10-day no quibbles returns policy which begins from the date you received our goods’ delivery. If you contact us outside of the 10-day period we will not refund the order (unless defective/damaged). All unwanted goods should be returned in a resalable condition as delivered. This does not affect your statutory rights.

When you send your item back to us we will process the returned item and offer you the choice of a replacement (excluding second hand goods, which are unique) or a refund. Shipping return fees are for your charge.

If you request a refund we will refund the full price of the goods paid, excluding any mandatory delivery charges incurred. For the above we welcome you to read carefully all information we provide on each item such as measure, fabric, etc.

You will receive notification via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

Customs Fees & Charges for Overseas Delivery

Orders that are shipped overseas may be subject to custom duties, and these are not included in the purchase price. As the buyer, you're responsible for these charges - unfortunately we have no control over them and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Security

Losses

We will not be responsible for any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss even if the loss was reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when you commenced using the marketplace or when the contract for the sale of goods was formed. However, Fashion Vintage Italia does not limit in any way our liability by law for death or personal injury caused from our negligence or breach of duty or caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to our marketplace, policies, and these Terms and Conditions of Purchase at any time. You will be subject to the policies and Terms and Conditions of Purchase in force at the time that you use the marketplace or that you order goods from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these conditions are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

Events beyond our reasonable control

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

Governing law and Jurisdiction
